Our target audience were for the ‘Horror’ fans, the target age were for teenagers and young adults.

In this chart shows that they thought Clowns and Zombies the scariest, this shows that they were the most successful in a movie. I have taken on this information to say that I should go more for either Clowns or Zombies in my film.

In this chart the most popular answer was male. I have asked this to see what my audience would prefer in a main character. I shall take this in to account to use for my film.

Would you prefer a main character in which age group?
16-19, 20-15, 26-29, 30-35

I ask my audience which of these age range they would prefer to be in a horror. The result shows that they prefer the age range of 20-25. This would be useful to know who I should be looking to cast for my film.

What gender would you expect a killer/ Villain to be?
Male, Female

The audience has shown that they prefer the villain in a horror to be a male. This gives me and idea about how my story may consist of and who I would look for casting.

In a city, In a wood, In a mansion, In an abandoned hospital or mental asylum, Countryside, Abandoned holiday resort.

In this I asked what would the audience expect a horror to take please, by this chart shows that the majority has said an abandoned hospital or mental asylum.  This gives an idea of where to look at putting my location towards a horror.

A decapitated villain, A masked villain, A possessed villain, Non-human/ Alien

I asked to see what my audience would find scarier about how the villain is presented. By this it shows that the audience prefers a masked villain, which gives me an idea of how to interest my audience with the villain.

I had chosen this question to see how my audience would want to see a title colour and how it may affect their view on the title. It shows that the audience would prefer a title to be red, I shall take the answers into account and try adapt them to my film.

What type of font would you expect the title to be?
Capital, Bold, Sharp, Rounded, Dripping

I asked this question to see how my audience would prefer to see the font of a title to a horror film. The results show that the majority have chosen either sharp or dripping font. These are shown to create the greatest effect.

What type of music would you expect in an opening to a horror?

Piano/Organ, Violins, Harp, Steady Drum, Guitar

I asked this to see what my audience would expect the music to be like in an opening ta a horror. The graph shows that they would expect a piano/ organ in the beginning to a horror. This shows that they prefer this and I will adapt this to my film.

Chainsaw, Knife, Gun, Hook, Rope, Strength, Sword, Claws, teeth, Axe, Powers

I asked this question to see what my audience would prefer in a weapon in a horror. The graph shows that my audience would prefer the villain to have a knife for a weapon in a horror.
